His mailbox is frequently full, and he rarely provides updates on ongoing repairs, often leaving customers to follow up. Responses typically take 3-5 business days. It's advisable to keep records or take photos of any items left with him, as there seems to be a lack of accountability in tracking them. While he is polite, this friendliness can sometimes overshadow unresolved issues. I've referred two friends to his shop, and they experienced similar challenges. There are other repair services that offer a more reliable experience.
